Waitlist privacy notice

Updated 5 September 2026

This notice covers the Questzord website and parent waitlist. The family app is still in development; this website does not create Child accounts or collect quest evidence.

Who looks after your information

Questzord is operated by Olivehill LLC, the data controller responsible for the Questzord waitlist. Contact hello@questzord.com for privacy questions, to unsubscribe, or to ask us to delete your waitlist entry.

What we collect and why

If you join, we store your email address, the signup source, and the time your entry was created. We use your email, with your consent, to send Questzord launch news and early-access opportunities. Joining is optional. Please use a Parent email and do not send information about your children.

Services that help us run the waitlist

Vercel hosts this website, Cloudflare provides our domain and email routing, Airtable stores the waitlist and sends a signup alert to the operator, and Google Gmail receives that alert. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to deliver and secure their services. They may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their applicable data-processing terms. We do not sell waitlist information or use it for advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist entry while the waitlist is active, until you withdraw your consent, or until it is no longer needed for the launch and early-access updates you requested. Provider backups and security logs may have separate retention periods. Joining the waitlist does not automatically create an app account.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@questzord.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, and object where applicable. You can complain to your local data-protection authority; in Portugal this is the CNPD (cnpd.pt). We do not make automated decisions about you with legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and updates

The landing page does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Infrastructure providers may use necessary security measures. If the way we use waitlist data changes, we will update this notice and obtain further consent where required. The future family app will have its own privacy information before you sign up for it.
